The six-workshop suite is the full EPI training program, delivered across the school year or as an intensive over one or two days. Best value if you want your whole department working from a shared framework.

Consultancy

• Modular consultancy $650 per hour, $1,200 for two hours

• Full consultancy package $5,000 to $6,500

The full package includes a half-day diagnostic, classroom observations, curriculum and assessment review, staff conversations, a Health Check Summary and a Long-Term Roadmap. Modular consultancy lets you pick the pieces you need: curriculum audit, assessment redesign, task bank creation, MARSEARS planning, coaching cycles or leadership support.

Cluster bookings

Two or three schools can share a PD day to split costs and bring departments together. If you are a KLA leader and know a colleague at a nearby school who would value the same training, get in touch and we will design something that works.

Travel

Pricing covers metro Melbourne. Regional and interstate work quoted separately to cover travel time and expenses.

Booking

A signed service agreement and 30% deposit confirms your booking. Payment by invoice or card. Full payment within 30 days of delivery.

Catholic schools can access this work through diocesan PD budgets, languages-specific funding streams, and school operating budgets. Happy to provide documentation to support a funding request.

* Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) provides an excellent internal Languages team supporting member schools. External pedagogy work through The Comprehensible Classroom is intended to complement, not replace, that internal support.

Government schools have less discretionary PD funding than independent and Catholic schools. The work and the preparation are the same. Pricing reflects what the public system can afford, not the value of what is delivered.

Funding streams

Public schools can fund this work through several channels:

• Student Resource Package (SRP) Languages and equity allocations

• Teacher Incentives Program (Languages)

• Community Language Schools Funding Program

• Victorian Government professional learning programs

• School operating budgets and KLA-specific funds
